1. Warranty policy

1.1 GSSurplus warrants that item(s) sold shall be free from defects in condition or functionality for a period of (90) calendar days from the purchase date.

1.2 All warranties issued are provided by GSSurplus, not the manufacturer. Warranties are non-transferable.

1.3 If customer wishes to make a claim during the Warranty Period, the customer shall provide notice by email to alex@gssurplus.com

1.4 Upon receipt of a Warranty Claim, GSSurplus will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Claims without a valid RMA will not be accepted

1.5 GSSurplus's will replace or refund any Warranty Claim free of charge to the customer.

1.6 Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the Warranty Period. An additional seven(7) days will be allowed for the return of the item(s).

1.7 This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that GSSurplus disclaims any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall GSSurplus be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount customer paid to GSSurplus for the particular Good. Further, GSSurplus shall not be liable for any special damages including consequential damages, incidental damages, lost profits, or lost revenue.


2. Return Policy

2.1 Warranty returns: Within (90) days of purchase date.

2.2 For-Parts returns: Items being sold as "For-Parts" are non-returnable.

2.3 Non-Warranty Returns: If a customer is dissatisfied with any item purchased from GSSurplus, they may return the item within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee may apply to all non-warranty returns. Items should be returned in same condition as they were purchased, otherwise restocking fee may be at least 20%.

3. Cancellations: GSSurplus reserves the right to refuse or cancel, fully or partially, any order. In the event of a change or cancel of order, GSSurplus may attempt to notify customer via email.
