Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Schedule

1.1 GSSurplus processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. 1.2 Our shipping operations are based in North Carolina, United States.

2. Order Processing Times

2.1 Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be dispatched the same day. 2.2 Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Free Shipping Offer

3.1 GSSurplus offers FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 United States on orders totaling $125 or more before taxes and any applicable fees.

4. Shipping Destinations

4.1 We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. 4.2 Free shipping as described in Section 3 applies only to the contiguous 48 United States. 4.3 Additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

5. Shipping Methods

5.1 GSSurplus reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and method for each order. 5.2 UPS will be used for most orders

6. Tracking Information

6.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 6.2 You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Delays

7.1 While we strive to meet our stated shipping times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays). 7.2 GSSurplus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing for international shipments.
